Made from high tensile material, Australian Steel & Wire produces a product that is specifically made for ultimate high security barrier applications. 358 High Security Mesh can be utilized in many applications from power stations to detention centres. The additional tram lines running along the edge of the sheet increase the strength where it matters most.
Coated to Endure
Australian Steel & Wire uses and alloy coated material that comprises 95% zinc and 5% Aluminium. This Zn/Al shield protects the parent material from the elements, giving it corrosion resistance properties far superior to that of hot dipped galvanising. Australian Steel & Wire raw materials are procured only from reputable still mills that produce product that complies with Australian Standards AS/NZS 4534-2006.

Manufactured according to our certified ISO 9001:2008 ASW Quality program ensuring comprehensive testing before and during production.
Process includes but is not limited to:-
Incoming raw materials tests for compliance with AS/NZS 4534-2006 including tensile strength and coat weight.
Destructive and non-destructive weld test during production.
Dimensional and flatness test on the line during production.
Control for traceability in accordance with the quality program.

Weld shear strength is 75% of parent material as per EN 10223-4:2012 (section 6.5)
